How should we respond at this time of difficulty? What would you do when you seem to have no hope and answers to your situation? This is when the Bible told us to pray in faith.
Prayer simply means talking to God. It may be the most powerful tool we have for personal and global transformation. Personal prayers and the prayers of a united community provide a direct link and connection to God. All things become possible and exalted as we pray in His Holy will. The Bible encourages us to rejoice always, pray contually and give thanks in all circumstances. It is difficult to rejoice at this challenging time. Yet, as we express and submit our problems to God, we can remain confidence that He will do the impossible. We say this with experiences throughout our past how God has kept His promises. We should tell everything we experience and feel to God-the pain, the struggles, the injustices, the hunger we are going through. God is the Almighty and the Sovereign One that every aspects of our situation is under His knowledge and control. He will make all things for the good of His people in Myanmar. Thus, believing that God is on the throne of justice and authority, let us continually pray for the suffering people in Myanmar and the world until we realize what we pray for.
Pray for the people whose houses were burn and destroyed. Pray for the people in the prisons. Pray for the families sheltering in the IDP camps. Pray for the hunger families who have no more job, food and savings. Pray for the safety of families in war and fightings. Pray for the youth with drug addictions to be free. Pray for justice and peace in Myanmar.
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
