The horrific event started on October 7th in Israel and is intensifying across the region. The number of lives lost from Israel and Palestine sides has been more than 4000 as of today, reportedly, including the elderly, women and children.
Some of you may have been praying already for ‘‘Peace, safety for those abducted, love to wash over those who have lost loved ones, God’s provision for food, essentials and medical supplies, God’s direction to global leaders to tackle the issue, and so on’’
Along with the prayers above, today, we invite you to lift your prayers to the father using some bible verses as below:
- For the peace of Israel (Psalm 122:6 – 9)
- For the people of Israel to come to know their Messiah, Yeshua (Psalm 40:7; Isaiah 53)
- For her borders to be secure (Exodus 23:31a)
- For Jerusalem to be protected from being divided (Psalms 83; 1- 4)
- For Israel leaders to be just and give their country stability, and be free from corruption (Proverbs 29:4)
- For people and nations to take this Scripture to heart and bless Israel, thus receiving a blessing and not a curse (Genesis 12:3)
- For the nations to come to understand the depth of God’s wrath against those who don’t follow Him (Isaiah 60:12)
