Day 9: No Heart Too Hard

Day 9: No Heart Too Hard

“And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.”

Ezekiel 36:26

Tung Maung Naing* shot and killed many innocent people as a Myanmar navy soldier. After discovering that he was HIV positive, he resigned from the military. In 2013, he and his wife heard the Gospel for the first time through an evangelist; three weeks later, he gave his life to Jesus! Since then, Tung Maing Naing has brought many other HIV positive people to Christ. His life is living proof that no heart is too hard and no life too broken for Jesus to redeem.

Prayer Requests

1. Pray that God would raise up more faithful evangelists like Tung Maung Naing, using their past brokenness to bring the Gospel to many others.

2. Pray that Jesus would soften more hearts in Myanmar’s military, so that these hardened soldiers would encounter Him and find salvation.
